HOUSE OF MCCORD 1974-2020

I spent the first 2 months of the pandemic looking after a friend’s childhood home and helping get it ready to be sold. Built in the early 1970s, it still had many of the original design features and fixtures of the era. Sheltering in place in the middle of a suburban neighbourhood that itself seemed trapped in time, I found inspiration in this time capsule. As I started posting photos from the house on Instagram, my friend’s positive comments got me thinking that a book might be in order.
